If you receive your wig and/or extensions and there is a problem, please notify us immediately within 7 business days upon receiving your Package at support@vellamoi.com. DO NOT ALTER the wig or Extensions in any way – We DO NOT issue refunds but only exchange and store credit. Read the Return policy guidelines below , if you meet the terms, we will offer you an exchange or store credit. Store credits do not expire and can be used toward another purchase.
