NO,We DO NOT issue refunds. If you meet OUR Return policy guidelines , you will receive an exchange or an in-store credit.
If you receive your wig and/or extensions and there is a problem, please notify us immediately within 7 business days upon receiving your Package at support@vellamoi.com. DO NOT ALTER the wig or Extensions in any way - We DO NOT issue refunds but only exchange and store credit. Read the Return policy guidelines below , if you meet the terms, we will offer you an exchange or store credit. Store credits do not expire and can be used toward another purchase. ion Sample Description
If you receive your wig or Extensions and you decide that you do not like the color, style, length, or texture you ordered, or that you measured your head incorrectly and your wig is not the right size etc., as long as you meet the terms, guidelines, and conditions in this policy, you can contact us regarding an exchange or in-store credit. We CAN NOT accept returns on items that are not in their original condition and have been altered or manipulated in any way. All packaging, including wig caps, wig or extensions bag, wig label or tag, etc. must be returned with the wig or extensions. NO EXCEPTIONS. We have the right to refuse an exchange if the terms in our return policy are not met.We do not accept Returns or exchanges for Custom orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, you will be given a overseas return address to mail your item to, that's if you meet all the return guidlines . Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your exchange or in-store credit. Please note that exchange or instore credit for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
An Exchange or an In-store credit will be issued after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned wig or extensions were not tampered with. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the exchange. if we are unable to fufill an exchange due to stock availabilty we will issue a store credit towards your next purchase or we will customise the product for you.
Human hair extensions and wigs are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously and do not allow items that has been manipulated or tampered with to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions wig suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons. Please return the package in its origional condition.

SHIPPING

Yes, it's true! We ship worldwide! Your Vellamoi Wigs and Extensions are shipped from our warehouses located in Atlanta Georgia (USA) and our factory located Hong Kong (China)
All orders from our over seas warehouse will be shipped out with UPS express, it is our Standard and fastest shipping service. That means there is no faster Shipping Service than this. Orders from our Atlanta ware house will ship by USPS Which will take 2-4 working days. It takes 1-2 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Saturday excluding holidays . We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday and you can receive by Wednesday. Also, we can ship on Saturday for USA and Canada customers without any additional fees. A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete address is provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. further more If your item is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided to us, Vellamoi has the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for the costs we incurred related to the shipping and return of the item.
