WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

If you receive your wig and/or extensions and there is a problem, please notify us immediately within 7 business days upon receiving your Package at support@vellamoi.com. DO NOT ALTER the wig or Extensions in any way – We DO NOT issue refunds but only exchage and store credit. Read the Return policy guidelines below , if you meet the terms, we will offer you an exchange or store credit. Store credits do not expire and can be used toward another purchase.
If you receive your wig or Extensions and you decide that you do not like the color, style, length, or texture you ordered, or that you measured your head incorrectly and your wig is not the right size etc., as long as you meet the terms, guidelines, and conditions in this policy, you can contact us regarding an exchange or in-store credit. . We CAN NOT accept returns on items that are not in their original condition and have been altered or manipulated in any way. All packaging, including wig caps, wig or extensions bag, wig label or tag, etc. must be returned with the wig or extensions. NO EXCEPTIONS. We have the right to refuse an exchange if the terms in our return policy are not met.
