WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT?

An Exchange or an In-store credit will be issued after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned wig or extensions were not tampered with. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the exchange. if we are unable to fulfill an exchange due to stock availability we will issue a store credit towards your next purchase or we will customize the product for you.
